The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting our world in a heart-breaking way. At Lowplex Books, we are doing our absolute best to safeguard our employees, whilst still providing exceptional service to you. We now have started international shipping to most of Europe only, all other countries are temporarily still suspended until further notice because of problems relating to international logistics.
We are experiencing high volumes of orders, and our operating team is working extremely hard to ensure all items are packed perfectly and sent to you quickly, in impeccable condition as always.
We remain available for delivery for UK and European customers only, but please note that deliveries may take 5-9 working days as our delivery services and transportation are affected by the pandemic. If your order has not arrived after 9 working days, please contact us at support@lowplex.co.uk
Due to the extreme demands for orders, and to maintain efficient operation in the warehouse with safe social distancing in our team, only standard delivery is available which now takes 5-9 working days and Express Shipping which can take 2 to 3 working days
