Friends are the best. I mean, I don't know what I'd ever do without Jasmine and Lily in my life. They stand by my side, always make me laugh, and are the best listeners in the whole wide world. We share everything. That's why I'm inviting them to the World of Make-Believe! Isn't that the best idea ever? Obviously. Oh wait, I have an even better idea. You should come, too! Daisy Dreamer: The Not-So-Pretty Pixies
Have you ever met someone who was so pretty on the outside, but maybe not so pretty on the inside? It's totally confusing, right? Well, something like that just happened to yours truly, Daisy Dreamer. And it happened in the last place I'd have ever imagined...the World of Make-Believe! My new friend, Twee, is a Pretty Pixie. She lives in a pretty village deep in a pretty forest with lots of other Pretty Pixies. The problem is--some of her friends are being pretty mean. But not to worry, because Posey and I are on the case!

Daisy Dreamer: The Ice Castle
I love snow days! I mean, who doesn't? But do you know what's better than a snow day? A snow day in the World of Make-Believe! Obviously! But do you know what's even better than that? A snow day in the World of Make-Believe visiting a really real Ice Castle! Join Posey and me, as we build snow-nimals, go bed-sledding, and have a brrr-tastic snowberang fight. There's just one thing to remember: Stay out of the Ice Castle's tower. It may be a little cursed, but that's snow reason to not come along!

Have you ever wished a wish? Do you remember what you wished for? Wait, don't tell me, because then your wish might not come true. My made a wish once. They threw a coin down a well, but it never came true. At least not until my totally true imaginary friend Posey came along with a special wishing-well spell. And guess what? It wasn't only their wish that came true. Almost everyone in town had cast wishes down that well. Sounds great, right? Well, maybe not. Let's just say be careful what you wish for because with Posey around, it might just come true.

Nerd alert! Guess what? I, Daisy Dreamer, have a big confession. I love school. You know what else I love? Posey. He's my totally true imaginary friend. So if I were to mix school and Posey together, then I would have the absolutely, most perfect day. Obviously. Unfortunately, sometimes mixing two great things together makes for an absolutely huge mess, like grape juice and fluffy carpets, or lollipops and long hair. Well, I would not recommend mixing school and Posey together, unless you love having a classroom pest.

Daisy Dreamer: Pop Goes the Bubble Trouble
When Posey spots the quarter vending machines with plastic bubbles filled with tiny toys at Daisy's local store, he tries to talk to them. But when they don't answer, Daisy explains that the bubbles are just toys in the real world. So Posey invites Daisy to the World of Make-Believe, where, of course, there's an entire world inside of those machines! Bubble creatures happily live in their plastic capsules, but it turns out there's a tiny problem. A giant has been "borrowing" those bubble friends! Can Daisy and Posey save those bubbles before they go pop?

1. Return Policy

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with Lowplexbooks.com however occasionally you may need to return an item.

To return an item(s) firstly write a covering letter with your order reference number and return it with your invoice and goods to:

We would recommend that you return your items via tracked post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange, We are only able to exchange items for the same product.

Personalised Items are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning an unwanted item?

If a full refund including original delivery costs is required then the entire order needs to be returned back to us within 30 days. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within 30 days.

The goods will need to be in their original packaging including any seals or shrink-wrap and in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order.

Responsibility

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

If the shrink-wrap has been removed from the product, returns on the item will not be accepted and if you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. All items are inspected on return.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Delivery Policy

We pride ourselves on being able to offer unbelievable prices and promotional offers on a massive range of products. As such we focus on minimising our delivery costs. If value is important to you we recommend our Standard UK delivery service but your order may take longer to receive. If you need your goods quicker, please select our Express Services and your order will be priority picked, dispatched and sent via one of our premium couriers.

3. Delivery Services

We mainly use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service for goods which weight less then 2kg, all other goods will be delivered by a Courier. 90% of our deliveries are made by Royal Mail as we think they give the best service and cover all areas of the UK.

Most of the service can take 2 to 3 days to deliver in mainland UK, our dispatch time can be up to 24 hours from point of order.

Express option - We provide a express service option which can take 2 working days (Working days are termed as Monday to Friday)

International delivery is made by DPD and can take up to 5 to 15 days

EU Import Tax Charges

For any deliveries outside of the UK, your shipment will be delivered in accordance to import duties upon checkout. Charges that are taxed in regards to custom clearance are paid by you, and Lowplex Books will not be able to cover additional charges when goods reach to its destination. At Lowplex Books, we strongly recommend you to check all additional fees that may be applied with your customs officials to avoid unexpected charges. Please note we can only accept orders under €150. If you require orders over €150 please contact us as you will need to provide a UK freight forwarder for them to clear your goods.

You will need a UK based Freight forwarder that will arrange delivery to your location.

The Freight Forwarder will clear customs and prepare necessary documents. They will also bill you for their service.

5. Cancellation Policy

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights. For further information about your statutory rights, contact your local authority Trading Standards department or consumer advice centre (for example the Citizen's Advice Bureau if you are in the UK). If you are a non-EU customer, please see our returns policy.
