The Snowdonia Killings
The series opens in the wild, unforgiving mountains of Snowdonia, where a brutal murder shatters the peace of a remote community. DI Ruth Hunter is drawn into a chilling investigation where isolation, fear, and long-buried secrets make every step dangerous.

The Harlech Beach Killings
A body discovered on a windswept beach beneath Harlech Castle sets off a race against time. As the tide rolls in and out, Ruth uncovers a case rooted in deception, jealousy, and a past that refuses to stay buried.

The Dee Valley Killings
When a killing shocks the quiet Dee Valley, Ruth must navigate tight-knit communities where everyone knows each other—and no one is telling the whole truth. With pressure mounting, she realises the killer is closer than anyone suspects.

The Devil’s Cliffs Killings
High cliffs, treacherous paths, and a series of terrifying deaths draw Ruth into one of her most dangerous investigations yet. As fear spreads through the area, the case becomes a deadly game of cat and mouse.

The Berwyn River Killings
A grim discovery along the riverbank leads Ruth into a case involving hidden relationships and dark motivations. As more clues surface, the river reveals it has carried more than just water—it has carried secrets.

The White Forest Killings
Deep within an eerie forest, a murder exposes a disturbing pattern. Ruth must piece together fragmented evidence while facing a killer who uses the isolation of the woods to deadly advantage.

The Solace Farm Killings
A remote farm with a troubled past becomes the centre of a harrowing investigation. As Ruth digs deeper, she uncovers a history of abuse, silence, and trauma, making this one of her most emotionally charged cases.

The Menai Bridge Killings
A shocking crime near the iconic Menai Bridge sends Ruth into a high-stakes investigation where public pressure is intense and mistakes are costly. The closer she gets to the truth, the higher the personal risk becomes.

The Conway Harbour Killings
A murder at the busy harbour exposes a web of criminal activity beneath a picture-postcard setting. Ruth must sift through lies, rivalries, and hidden agendas before the killer strikes again.

The River Seine Killings
Ruth’s investigation takes an international turn when a case leads her beyond Wales to the heart of Paris. With unfamiliar territory and dangerous enemies, this gripping instalment raises the stakes like never before.

The Lake Vyrnwy Killings
Set against the haunting beauty of Lake Vyrnwy, the series delivers a tense and atmospheric case filled with twists and revelations. As the truth surfaces, Ruth faces a final reckoning where nothing is as it first appears.

Together, these novels deliver a dark, addictive crime series packed with atmospheric settings, relentless investigations, and a strong, determined detective at its core—perfect for fans of British police procedurals and gripping thrillers.
