Socks for Santa
A boy called George had a magical plan,
One Christmas Eve, frosty and bright.
As Santa brought presents to him every year,
He'd take gifts to Santa that night.
Join George, a young and courageous explorer with all the pluck of a little Indiana Jones, on a very festive quest - to find Father Christmas himself!
This time George is heading to the North Pole to deliver lots of presents to Santa for a change! But oh no - Santa and the elves are in trouble, and Rudolf has lost the light from his red nose! Can George step up and save Christmas?
Marshmallows for Martians
A boy called George had a marvellous idea
One night as he gazed at the stars,
'I'll go and find out what sweets Martians like best.'
So he planned his first mission to Mars.

With his homemade rocket and map of the stars, George is sure the Martians will be easy to find. But when he lands, the Martians can't be seen. George is alone . . . or so he thinks. Could that really be . . . a parade of alien musicians?
Jellybeans for Giants
A boy called George had a breathtaking thought,
that giants might really exist . . .
When George plants a jellybean in his garden it grows into an enormous beanstalk and George is sure there must be a friendly giant at the top. As he climbs bravely up the beanstalk, higher and higher, George encounters a magical pixie, a stinky troll and gets stuck in a very sticky web . . .
Doughnuts for a Dragon

George climbs in his time machine with only a scooter, some cakes and tasty doughnuts to aid him in his quest. When he arrives in long, long ago he spies a dragon straight away! Or does he . . . ?
Pizza for Pirates
A boy called George had a wonderful plan
To search for a real pirate crew.
So he packed up a pizza, his favourite feast
And rowed across the wide ocean blue.
George, a young explorer, longs to meet a real pirate crew. So he sets sail with a cheesy treat to sustain him on his voyage. Join George on his travels as he finds scurrilous sea dogs and marine monsters - not to mention a feathered friend!
Treats for a T-Rex
Join George, a young and courageous explorer with all the pluck of a little Indiana Jones, on a Jurassic Park-style journey to find an island of dinosaurs!
George swoops off to seek the fearsome T. rex in his home-made hang-glider with just his dog Trixie for company. But will he find the lost dinosaur island he seeks? And how will Trixie's dog treats come in handy when things get a little hairy?
Treats for a T. rex is a funny, rhyming adventure story all about dinosaurs and dog tricks - perfect for reading aloud. George's first picture book adventure Spaghetti with the Yeti was shortlisted for the Roald Dahl Funny Prize and the Sheffield Children's Book Award. Ideal for fans of Dinosaurs Love Underpants and Dinosaurs in the Supermarket.
Muffins for Mummies
George bravely explores the museum to see,
Who's been stealing the cakes on the sly.
It could be the mammoth - or maybe the knight?
Or that mummy who's lurking nearby . . .
Join George for a Night at the Museum-style adventure in the latest title in the bestselling picture book series George’s Amazing Adventures. This time someone’s been stealing cakes from the museum café and George (armed with 25 muffins as bait) is off to crack the crime!
Can George and his faithful puppy Trixie track down the criminal without getting squashed by a great big mammoth?
The First Egg Hunt
Poor Easter Chick works so hard to make Easter eggs for everyone, but the Easter Bunny always gets all the credit.
It’s time for Chick to hatch a cunning plan . . . which accidentally turns into the first ever Easter egg hunt! It's three cheers for chick in this deliciously chocolatey tale.
